Project Med School ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Project Med School, a sole trader business. We provide an online UCAT preparation platform at projectmedschool.com ("the Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
New users may access up to 20 practice questions free of charge after verifying their email address. The free trial is limited to one per person. Creating multiple accounts to access additional free questions is not permitted.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@projectmedschool.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods except where required by law.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you have already accessed the paid content, in which case this right is forfeited.
All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, guides, and software — is owned by or licensed to Project Med School. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
You agree not to: share account credentials; scrape, copy, or republish our content; attempt to circumvent our paywall or access controls; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
The Service is provided for educational preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular UCAT score or medical school outcome. Content is based on publicly available information and may not reflect the most recent UCAT specifications. Always verify information with official UCAT and university sources.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Med School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
